Training Indicators:
- Employer-sponsored training for front-line employees
- Number of residents in job training programs
- Number of residents in vocational programs
- Number of students in job prep programs
- Percent of post-secondary graduates finding employment in their field
Volunteers Indicators:
- Volunteer involvement in schools
- Number of community volunteer programs to support schools
Youth Indicators:
- High school graduation rates
